Horrible management is all that i can attribute to my experience. I went for one purpose, to purchase a new computer. After waiting at the desk for several minutes a blonde girl came to ask if we had been helped (she was working with a customer already) I said no and she said she would find someone. Many minutes later the gentleman running the copy center asked if we had been helped. (He was also working with 2 customers) I said no and he said he would get someone there. After many many more minutes i went to ask him if anyone else was working and he said they had all been called in to an “emergency meeting”. At this point there were two people standing in line to check out and at least 6 others in the store and no employees. I wonder if they really wanted to sell anything?
Good luck, I’ll go spend my $800.00 somewhere else.
If I could give Staples less than 1 star, I would. I stood at the service desk for 10 minutes before a young girl came to ask if I was being helped; after a resounding “no” she promised to get someone to help. 15 more minutes, another guy from the copy center came over to ask, and again, after hearing “no” called on loud speaker for service to help. Another 15 minutes, my husband walked through the store to notice NO ONE who worked at Staples,except for the gal and guy who asked us if we needed help initially was in the store!! Copy Center guy then states an “emergency meeting” had been called!! I hope it was worth the $800 sale for a new laptop you lost, which we had gone there to specifically buy. Worse service ever! Take the extra time and go ANYWHERE else!!
I stood at the print counter about 2 full minutes while 2 employees stood there and talked. They never even acknowledged me. I left, and they HAD to see me leave, and still never even acknowledged me. This,was at the Sevierville, TN, store. They will never ignore me again, because they'll never see me again.
Terrible customer service at the print dept. One tech interrupted my conversation to ask another tech for his Mcdonald's order. Fed X Kinkos is a better place to do business.
