The WeWork at 995 Market isn’t just about a convenient space to work—they have really created a community that inspires my best work! The community space is casual with plenty of light. I can work at individual desks, group tables, couches or chairs. Most importantly, their community team is friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks, WeWork Market Street! Nicely done!
Kelsey is an amazing community manager. Love her lively and positive attitude and friendliness. The organized events are nice too.
The WeWork itself is fine, even though I like the one on 44 Montgomery much better: it has much larger space and nicer interior.
The location is awful. I was reading reviews of restaurants nearby, and one review said “the restaurant is great, but it’s located in the most dangerous neighborhood in Northern California (Market & 6th)”.
This may be an exaggeration, but not a big one. The streets around are dirty and full of homeless people, some of which are quite aggressive. I’d avoid walking here when it’s dark.
The streets are so loud that it sometimes makes working there quite difficult, unless you wear headphones.
Apparently this WeWork has some of the lowest prices in San Francisco. That’s reasonable.
Please bring Kelsey to 44 Montgomery! Then it would become perfect!
I've been a member of the 995 Market WeWork location for little over a year and our experience has been nothing but positive. The in-house management team goes above and beyond in making sure we have a clean and comfortable space and our community remains engaged, connected and fun. I won't sugar-coat it, 6th and Market St. can be a rough intersection but the building and WeWork teams make sure the location remains a welcoming and safe space for all its members and the community at large.
The company I have been working for has rented a space here for the past year. The staff are really fantastic and plan lots of fun activities and are very responsive to concerns. Despite being in a sketchy part of town the doorman and security are on top of watching the building. My only complaint is the bike room is a big pain so if you commute by MUNI or Bart it is super convenient but by bike can be frustrating. The views from the upper floor windows are also really great.
Tremendous staff, always willing to help and go above and beyond for members. We moved our office to WeWork and are loving the space, the community, and how well taken care of we are. Not having to worry about any office management bits has freed up so much of my time to focus on other projects and responsibilities.
