For the wise ones that look at reviews before making a decision to help you decide on wether or not a place is worth it or not. Here is my honest review. Of course when you are looking for an office the landlord is going to be nice that way their office spaces are filled. However, later on I learned that the landlords we’re not honest with me from the beginning. From the beginning the landlords knew that they had renovations in their plans that I was not aware of and instead of being honest with me about it and telling me that a certain side of the building was going to be renovated in the future they allowed me to rent out an office on the side of the building that they planned to renovate later. So later down the road they stopped my lease and told me that they were going to renovate that side of the building to build more offices on that side. I asked them is there is another office I could move in until the renovation is done and they told me they don’t have any other offices available. So the next day I checked the whole building and found 2 empty offices on the other side of the building that was not in use and learned that I was lied too. At that moment I just decided that the landlords can not be trusted. If they would have been honest from the beginning I could have avoided that office and went to a different one that way time would not be wasted. Then when I finally left I took everything with me and cleaned my office and left my desk and chair because I already have one at home. I made them aware of that. Then they sent me my security deposit with a letter saying “We inspected the office and charged a furniture moving fee” the fee was more than $100 dollars‼️. Now I understand if you have to charge a fee, then charge a fee most landlords that I know will charge a $25 to $50 furniture moving fee but taking more than $100 Dollars from someone is not a fee it’s stealing and they try to hide it by saying “The Lease Agreement” it’s more like the landlords are desperate for money during this recession, the crazy thing is the desk & chair cost less then the fee they charged me, if they were smart they could have sold it and pocketed the money but I’m guessing not everyone uses their brain. Not only that I remember I asked them 1 day about paying rent with my debit card or credit card and they sent me an invoice with like a $15 processing fee. Most places usually have anywhere from a $3-$5 processing fee and they tried to play me with a $15 processing fee. My recommendation for all the younger entrepreneurs and business owners looking for offices don’t go here just use your home office to save your money and get you a wise CPA that can help you maximize tax savings by using part of your home as an office. Don’t come here, don’t waste your time, the landlords are not innovative at all and they are too desperate for money and try to hide it behind “Lease Agreement” excuses. As a matter of fact don’t waste your time with any office buildings, use your home office too save money and ask your CPA how to maximize your tax savings. Stay positive, keep your head up & never give up.
